(1) All processes and other places that may come into contact with flammable gas mixtures must be constructed in strict accordance with safety standards.
(2) All terminal pumping stations and all links of the processing plant should be equipped with flammable and explosive gas detection systems. Once the presence of these gases is detected, the control system will automatically switch the operation process to the accident-safe operation mode.
(3) The level gauge of the terminal pumping station shall be specially protected.
(4) There is a temporary storage space for combustibles with a volume of 35 square meters.
(5) The thermal power plant is equipped with emergency power generation equipment.
There are residential houses within 4m from the processing plant. Obviously, local residents do not want to be disturbed in any way. However, the large number of machines and pumps in the treatment plant will produce huge vibrations and a lot of noise, especially those ventilation systems and diverting equipment.
