Main Features

Description:

The automatic sleeve shrink labeling machine includes three machines:

1. Automat labeling machine

2. Shrinking tunnel

3. Steam generator

Working principle:

The labels are made in rolls. It will be installed on the machine and manually through the central rod which is made basing on the

bottle dismeter before running the machine.

Once the bottle is coming through, the light sensor will detect and cut the label at the same time and drop on the bottle.

There is silicon brush to brush the label to the position. Then going through the shrinking tunnel which is connected with steam generator.

Changeovers:

If there is different bottles, only change the central rod.
