Product Application

First stage pretreatment. (Sand filter)

The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.

Second stage pretreatment (Carbon filter)

Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants.

Third stage pretreatment (Resin softener)

Cationic resin used for water softening, primarily to remove hardness of water. So as to effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane fouling. System can automatically recoil, and so is red.

Fourth stage pretreatment (Micron filter)

Particle size in water to remove fine particles, sand filters can remove very small colloidal particles in the water, so that the turbidity reached 1 degree.

RO system

The core equipment of water pump is imported and the membrane film is imported from Hydranautics in America. It is equipped with full set of clean unit. It has the features of simple structure, convenient operation and high technological level.

Working Principle

The air will be send by air compressor into air tank, then take in air dissolved tank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank. Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will be dissolve out and form vast micro bubble group, which will be fully contact the flocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent by pump and flocculation after adding medicine, the ascending micro bubble group will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its density reduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and Cod etc.

Main Feature

(1) Dissolved air pump edge bibulous the edge is inspiratory, pump pressurized mix within, gas to liquid efficient dissolving, small bubbles than 30 um.

(2)  Low voltage operation, the dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 99%, release rate as high as 99%.

(3) Tiny bubbles and suspended particles of efficient adsorption, improve the SS remove effect.

(4) Dissolved gas water dissolving efficiency 80-100%, than traditional dissolved gas floating high efficiency three times.

(5) Pressure-capacity curve smooth, easy to achieve automatic control, easy to operate, easy maintenance, low noise.
